Refund policy

Returns

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 calendar days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • in the same condition as received

  • unworn and unused

  • with all original tags attached

  • in the original packaging

  • free from any odors (perfume, deodorant, smoke, etc.)

You must also provide the order number or proof of purchase.

How to request a return

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Once your return request is reviewed and approved, you will receive written confirmation and return instructions.

Return shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • We do not provide prepaid return labels.

  • The customer is fully responsible for the return shipment until it is delivered to us.

Customs & duties (IMPORTANT)

  • All return shipments must be declared as “RETURNED GOODS”.

  • Any customs duties, taxes, or fees on return shipments are the responsibility of the customer.

  • If customs charges are applied to us, the package will be refused and returned to the sender.

Condition check

All returned items are inspected upon arrival.
If the item does not meet the return conditions, the refund will be denied, and the item may be sent back at the customer’s expense.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges.

The fastest way to receive a different size or item is:

  1. Return the original item (following the return procedure), and

  2. Place a new order separately once the return is approved.

Non-returnable items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Sale / discounted items

  • Gift cards

  • Custom-made or personalized items

  • Items showing signs of wear, use, washing, alteration, or odors

Damaged or incorrect items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued only after we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • If approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Please note that banks and card providers may require additional time to post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us.
